New and Improved: Background Check Dashboard

Verifying someone’s background is the bare minimum churches can do to ensure proper care and protection. 

Background checks are such an incredibly important process, we are constantly looking for ways to improve the feature to make it as easy as possible for you to order, track, and manage checks. 

Our latest update is a refresh of the background check dashboard to immediately surface the most important information. 

The first new thing you’ll notice are the quick filters right at the top. 


These filters highlight four things: any recently expired invitations, checks that need your attention (have a status of “consider”), checks that will expire soon, and checks that have recently expired.

When you click on any of those filters, you’ll be able to quickly order new background checks for anyone who needs them.

If you need to get into the nitty-gritty of individual background checks, you can use the more detailed filters, including the check’s status and source.


These filters should give you more detailed insight into the state of background checks at your church, and help you find very specific information.
