Social Profiles (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

Add social profiles like Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn to your people to enable deeper connections to be made. You can even have social profiles auto-imported based on email addresses to give you a head start.

Auto-Importing Social Profiles

Auto-Importing Social Profiles

If you are an Organization Administrator, the first time you sign into PCO People, you'll be given the option to enable Auto-Import of Social Profiles. We use a service provided by fullcontact.com to look up profiles based on email addresses. Clicking Yes will immediately start adding social profiles to people if a match is found based on their email address. This process might take a few minutes to complete.

As long as auto-importing is enabled, profiles will be looked up when a new email is added to a person, as long as social profiles don't already exist. Imported profiles are marked as unverified.

No matter which option you choose, any Organization Administrator or Manager for PCO People can change it later.

Why aren't some Facebook or Twitter photos showing up?

Unfortunately, Facebook doesn't allow us to grab profile photos based on a person's facebook profile name or URL. Since we are unable to get these photos directly, we rely on a third party service called Full Contact to find someone's profile photo based on their email address. So even when you manually enter in someone's Facebook or Twitter URL, we will only be able to get the photo for their Facebook or Twitter profiles if Full Contact was able to find the photo based on the person's email address.
