Australia and New Zealand–this update is for you! We know there are a lot of you using Planning Center at your churches, and up until now, you’ve had to make do with U.S. address fields (what’s a “zip code” anyway?). We want to do more to support you and your needs, which is why we’ve added address localization in more countries!
When adding or editing an address, you’ll now be able to designate the country. We’ll default it to your location to save you this step, but you can always change it. After selecting the country, the address labels will be localized for these countries:
- Australia
- Canada
- Indonesia
- New Zealand
- South Africa
- United Kingdom
- United States
For addresses in countries outside this list, you’ll be able to use a generic set of address labels.
We’ve rolled out this update across Planning Center People and Church Center, so any address you collect will show local field labels. So no more zip codes! …Unless you’re in the U.S., of course.
