You may want to update information for several people at once, like changing their membership status or adding them to a group. Editors and managers can update multiple people simultaneously by selecting them from the bulk action tool or performing a bulk action on a list.

Select the People page from the top navigation.

Select the ⚙️ settings icon.

Choose Bulk actions from the dropdown.

Select people using the Individuals or Lists dropdown options.

Individuals: Search for people by name and select them from the dropdown.

Lists: Choose from people on a list by choosing the list name from the dropdown and selecting the Select [amount] people button that appears. To deselect someone in the list, use the X next to that person's name.

Use the Application dropdown to select which product to apply the update to.

Select the Action to take.

Make selections for any additional dropdowns.

Select the Perform action on [number of] people button.

Select the Lists page from the top navigation.

Select the list you'd like to perform a bulk action on.

(Optional) If you only want to perform the bulk action on some of the people on this list, use the checkboxes next to their names to select/deselect them.

Select the ✏️ edit icon at the top of the list.

In the popup, use the Application dropdown to select which product to apply the update to.

Select the Action to take.

Make selections for any additional dropdowns.

Select the Perform action on [number of] people button.
Tip
Use automations to perform actions automatically for each person on a list. Check out the Common Lists article to find who needs to be updated!

To update an individual, open their profile and choose Perform Action from the Actions dropdown.

To update more than one piece of information, import a CSV file.
