Important
If you're the first Administrator, make sure you import your data!
Lists allow you to filter your people based on their information and activity across all Planning Center applications. You can email people in the list, share lists with others, print lists, or update people in the list. If you are an Organization Administrator and find a list that no one has permission to manage, you can give yourself manage permissions for that list!

Workflows help you keep track of your processes to be better connected to those who attend and visit your church. Add a person or a new step to follow up with your people, and give permissions to those who need access to the workflow. When a card is Ready, the assigned person will receive an email notification.

Forms help you learn information about people, which keeps your database up to date. Drag and drop fields into a form to collect necessary information, and then share the public form with your people to gather information.

Planning Center Support is dedicated to getting you an email response within an hour by investigating the issue in detail, asking for help from other seasoned team members, or even consulting a developer, if necessary. This type of direct assistance and shared knowledge is unavailable on the phone.
These requests to Support can only be made by organization administrators:
Data removal or corrections you can't make yourself (undo old CSV imports, iCal imports, etc)
Request promotional pricing (legacy plans, church plants, Giving contract promotion)
Gain access to anything that was created and managed by someone else in the account
Restore or fully delete a canceled account
Disconnect a Stripe account
Request access to Giving (if there are no current Giving administrators in the account)
