When you sit down at your desk in the morning — or when you come back from a meeting or grabbing a cup of coffee — you should have one place you can go to answer the question, “What’s next?”
Your tasks and notifications are shown in the toolbar, so all your ad-hoc to-dos and incoming requests are easy to access from anywhere in Planning Center. But to find your assigned workflow cards, you had to switch over to the Home dashboard or People dashboard, or fire up your email client.
But not anymore! Now you can see your ready workflow cards alongside your tasks, right from the toolbar.
From here, you can see all your ready cards across all workflows in one view. You can also filter to a specific workflow or only cards that are overdue.
To help you focus on what’s next, we’ve also added a due date filter for tasks — so you can limit your view to only tasks due today or this week.
By bringing workflow cards into the toolbar, we're making it easier for you to stay on top of your responsibilities without constantly switching contexts. No more hunting through different areas of Planning Center, your email inbox, and those random sticky notes on your desk!
