We previously released the ability for organization administrators to see all lists and workflows that do not currently have a manager in order to take ownership of them, allowing you to edit or delete them as needed. Abandoned lists and workflows typically happen due to staff transitions. Unfortunately, there was an issue affecting this feature which prevented you from seeing these resources unless you already had view access to them. We’ve since removed this restriction, giving you access to view all abandoned lists and workflows.
