Previously, all users with any level of access to Planning Center People could export CSVs and reports. We’ve now separated this ability into its own permission setting for Viewers and Editors.
When editing a user’s permission, “Can export CSVs and reports” will appear as a new option for Viewers or Editors. When enabled, these users will be able to export all of your People data or list data.
While this will be off by default, we have enabled it for all existing Viewers and Editors, so there is no loss of functionality. However, this is a good time to review your permission settings and clean up any that are no longer needed. If you would like to easily see all your Viewers or Editors, we have a List condition for that! Just use People > Permissions > is > Viewer (and/or Editor), or any combination that fits your needs.
