Due to a bug in some recently deployed code, during the time period between Wednesday, November 7 and Tuesday, November 13, some list automations either ran incorrectly or did not run at all.
Because some automations are time-sensitive, and because some list owners may have already noticed our error and processed the automation as a bulk action, it could cause more harm than good if we were to re-run those automations manually.
When you view any affected list, you’ll see a notification at the top of the list’s results. If you’d like to re-run those automations on the affected profiles on that list, and you are either an Editor or Manager in Planning Center People, you can do so in one click using the link in the notification.
If there were any profiles on the list during that time frame but have since fallen off, you will need to adjust date-based conditions on your list to find those profiles as well.
