Use the Church Center Directory

Created on:
Updated on:

The directory is a private place for the people in your church to share their contact information with one another. Only people who have been invited to the directory will be able to see the directory or share their information. Each invited person can choose for themselves--or their household--the information they want to be shown.

Important

Only Organization Administrators or People Managers can configure the directory, set the parameters of the contact information, and invite people.

Check out this clip from Planning Center University.

Enable the Directory

From the People tab, click the gear, and then click Directory.

  2. Update directory will take you to the place to enable the directory, either from the Church Center tab in Accounts or from Publishing, if you're subscribed.

  3. View the directory.

When the directory is enabled, you can see it on the web and in the Church Center app.
